In the next modules, we explore how digitalizing SMEs with Atala ERP enhances business management, while also offering guidance on leveraging the Miz@n ecosystem to unlock new business opportunities.

The program also includes an exciting module on using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the performance and productivity of SMEs, enabling businesses to automate tasks, analyze data, and enhance decision-making. Each module is designed to be practical and interactive, ensuring participants gain the skills they need to succeed.     The "Empowering SMEs for Digital Transformation and Global Expansion" Program consists of several modules. Some will be conducted online, while others will take place over 1 or 2 days. We will ensure flexibility to accommodate SME leaders, allowing for optimal participation.
  • How do the live sessions work?
    The learning journey encompasses both in-person and online sessions led by distinguished scholars, academics, and practitioners. This offers you the opportunity to engage in live sessions, where you can ask questions and exchange ideas with your success coach and fellow cohort members.     All SMEs with an account on Miz@n B2B can attend both online and onsite sessions free of charge. To participate, please create a showroom on Miz@n B2C & B2B.
  • Is there any discount or financial aid?
    Typically, this program is offered free of charge to any SME with a showroom on the Miz@n B2C & B2B platform. Each session requires a minimum of 10 participants to begin.
  • Does the program offer closed-captioning for videos included in the curriculum?
    Yes. We provide closed-captioning and transcripts for all pre-recorded videos as well as closed-captioning for recordings of training sessions.
